Shipping

We ship to all 48 U.S. states (contingent subject to additional charges). Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping may be available on select products or order thresholds — any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Sharps Disposal Containers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Mail-Back Return Shipping

All of our mail-back disposal systems include a prepaid return shipping label for sending your filled and sealed sharps containers back for certified treatment and disposal. This return label does not expire.

To return your filled system for disposal:

1. Fill your sharps container according to the included instructions.
2. Securely seal the container using the provided lid.
3. Place the sealed container back into the original shipping box.
4. Place the tracking manifest in the plastic pouch on the outside of the box (do not place it inside the box).
5. Hand the package to your regular carrier using the included prepaid return label, or drop it off at a local shipping office.

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] or (256) 464-2546 and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Please note: Used or partially filled sharps containers and mail-back disposal systems cannot be returned for a refund due to the nature of regulated medical waste. These items are designed for one-time use and certified disposal only.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
