TriHaz Solutions is a leading provider of medical waste disposal, biohazard waste, hazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, chemotherapy waste, sharps disposal, and secure shredding services, serving healthcare facilities, laboratories, and businesses across Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina. Our parent organization also operates Plastic Fusion Fabricators, a leading environmental containment and thermoplastic fabrication company.
Products and Services
All products sold on this website are FDA-approved sharps disposal containers, mail-back disposal systems, and related medical waste supplies. Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in appearance may occur.
Our mail-back disposal systems include sharps containers, prepaid return shipping materials, and certified treatment and disposal services. All systems are designed to comply with federal and state regulations for the transport and disposal of regulated medical waste.
Orders and Payment
All orders are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We accept major credit cards. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Sharps Disposal Containers is not responsible for carrier delays.

Mail-Back Disposal Systems
By purchasing and using a mail-back disposal system, you agree to follow all included instructions for filling, sealing, packaging, and returning the system. Sharps Disposal Containers is not responsible for improper handling, packaging, or use of sharps containers or disposal systems.
Prepaid return shipping labels included with our systems do not expire. However, regulations regarding how long medical waste can be stored before disposal vary by state. It is your responsibility to review and comply with applicable local and state regulations.
Proper Use and Compliance
Sharps Disposal Containers provides products for the safe containment and disposal of sharps waste. You are responsible for using all products in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, DOT, and EPA requirements. We are not responsible for improper use, handling, storage, or disposal of sharps or medical waste.
Limitation of Liability
Sharps Disposal Containers, TriHaz Solutions, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
